Kelly Clarkson was an American artist and songwriter who was the sweetheart of America after she took home American Idol in the first season. This win catapulted Clarkson into the spotlight and secured her an agreement with RCA Records 19 Recordings, along with 'S Recordings. The singer has since released several album studios. Three of them reached the US Billboard 200 chart, however, others narrowly missed the mark. She was among the most popular performers on American Idol. She experimented as she gained popularity with different musical themes and style, and often wrote the songs herself. Due to her distinctiveness and talent as a performer and songwriter, she received praise from critics and won a few important prizes. She has also received the Grammy Award a record three times. The music industry isn't the only thing she is involved in. She has also appeared in TV and movies. She also wrote the children's storybook River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and has been involved with various charitable organizations.
